Why buy from laurafallulah?
At laurafallulah we work hard to satisfy every customer. All our items are handmade to the highest quality using materials sourced from small suppliers. We love to work along side our friends to make exactly what you want, so if you have a design in mind please email us with an enquiry at laurafallulah@hotmail.com. Many of our items are one off and most of the items seen here are exclusive to our own shop. We love the idea that you will never see any two items the same and are very unlikely to bump into someone with the same bag or purse. You can also buy laurafallulah in through many other shops so also feel free to email if you are interested in a list of stockists or even better if you are a shop and are interested in stocking laurafallulah.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge depending on weight and size as feel that this is fair plus a basic rate for packaging. So a smaller item such as purse or brooch will cost a flat rate of £1.50 or as an additional item of £0.50. Larger items will cost £4 or as additional item of £2.

All items are sent basic first class mail, if you require any special postal services then please contact us. At an extra cost we can send next day to the UK for all purchases made before midday and also we can get insurance. Both will be quoted due to size and weight and added onto your final postage costs.

I live outside the UK can I still buy from laurafallulah?
Of course you can, we love everybody and will send items to the far flung corners of the world. Postal cost for overseas are a flat rate of £3.00 for smaller items or as an additional item at £1.50 and larger items at £4.50 or as an additional item of £3.00
Do you have a refund policy?
You rights are important to us here at laurafallulah and although we check all our work closely no one is perfect. So we will refund any item within 14 days of arrival. However if your item is faulty due to manufacturing or damage in the post please contact us with an outline of the problem before sending the item back. If you would rather we mended any faults or replaced an item please state this in the initial email. However we cannot refund postage costs but we will cover costs of you returning the item.
